I used to hobby often but my partner has find my friends.. Looking for methods on how to avoid. I was thinking downloading the google maps location for the provider, and turning off my data, as I believe that should stop the tracking. Anyone else do this method or know of a better method?

turn on google map incognito mode at a neutral location (at a mall) before entering the provider address into google map, and don't turn incognito mode off until you are back at that same mall. Honestly, if your partner is suspicious, she can find other clues like cash in/out, the different soap smell, your libido/sexual performance, etc. If you want to go a little extreme, get a burner phone for pooning, so there are no traces on your personal phone (leave your regular phone at the office or put it in a metal box during your drive to provider), and get a gym membership and shower at the gym to hide the provider soap smell. Some guys will bring their own shampoo to the provider.

A cheap burner phone is the best, but you still need to be concerned with your “real” phone if you carry it with you. Either leave your real phone at home/work while you step out so your location is not an issue. If you must carry it with you, pick up a faraday bag on Amazon. Placing your phone in the bag will essentially take it off the grid, no signals in/out from your phone, including gps. When you place it in the bag make sure it’s at a location you’re comfortable with people seeing (as the last known location is what people will see once you go off grid), and don’t take it out of the bag until you are back at that location or are close to the location and moving in a direction away from that location. If someone asks why you couldn’t be located play dumb and say you weren’t using your phone and didn’t notice anything.
